Cookie policy
This page explains how Phuc Labs uses cookies and other trackers on https://www.phuclabs.app/.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file or tracker stored on or read from your device when you visit a website. It may enable the technical operation of the site, remember your preferences, measure audience or activate third-party services.
2. Types of cookies used
| Category | Purpose | Consent |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary cookies | Website operation and technical security. | Not required. |
| Audience-measurement cookies (in particular Google Analytics 4, via Google Tag Manager) | Audience measurement and traffic statistics. | Required. Not set before your choice; disabled if refused. |
| Anti-bot security (reCAPTCHA) and form (Brevo) tools and scripts | Protection against automated submissions and operation of the guide form. | Outside the analytics-consent mechanism; present only on the guide page. |
3. Indicative list of cookies
| Name / tool | Purpose | Indicative duration | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Hosting, security, technical logs. | Varies according to technical logs | Necessary |
| _ga, _ga_<id> (in particular Google Analytics 4) | Audience measurement. | Set by Google; not documented by Phuc Labs | Audience measurement, subject to consent |
| sibforms.com (Brevo) | Operation and submission of the guide page form. | Varies per Brevo | Functional tool, outside the analytics-consent mechanism |
| google.com/recaptcha (reCAPTCHA) | Anti-bot protection for the guide page form. | Varies per Google | Security tool, outside the analytics-consent mechanism |
4. Consent management
Audience-measurement cookies (in particular Google Analytics 4, via Google Tag Manager) are only set after your explicit consent, collected via the banner shown on your first visit. By default, before any choice, these cookies are not set.
Your choice is remembered for 180 days. After this period, or if no valid choice is remembered, the consent banner is shown again.
You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" button, visible on each page once a choice has been made. Withdrawing consent prevents any further loading of audience-measurement cookies and removes, to the extent technically possible, accessible _ga/_ga_* cookies from your browser. Data already sent to Google before withdrawal cannot be recalled.
Anti-bot security tools (reCAPTCHA) and form tools (Brevo), present only on the guide page, are outside the analytics-consent mechanism.
5. Browser settings
You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Blocking some cookies may, however, degrade the experience or prevent certain features of the website from working.
6. Updates
This policy may be amended to reflect changes in the tools used on the website or in the applicable regulation.
